Bothy Bakery Allergy Statement

We aim to provide a safe, supportive & enjoyable eating experience to all customers,
especially those who are affected by allergies.

We do everything possible to keep dietary requirement food free from cross
contamination.

All our food is made by us, by hand, in our kitchen.

We do store & bake/cook with allergens such as:
Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Soya, Egg, Sulphites, Nuts, Sesame & Mustard.

We do use shared surfaces & equipment that will have come into contact with
allergens.

We have strict ingredients storage & cleaning procedures to avoid cross
contamination.

COELIACS: We do not offer products suitable for Coeliacs due to wheat flour
becoming airborne.

We offer products free from added Gluten & wheat, suitable for folks with a slight
intolerance or people reducing their Gluten/wheat intake.

SESAMES: Our wholemeal seeded bread contains sesames. This means that there
are sesame seeds in our bread ovens, shaping table & bread proving baskets.

Due to the layout & systems in our bakery we cannot 100% guarantee our products are
allergen free.

If you have a severe or life threatening allergy to any ingredient,
we do not recommend that you consume our products.
